Gabriela Grof-Tisza's career has spanned two decades in international trade and in various ends of supply chain management. Her experience began working for a US manufacturer and exporter of beauty and jewelry products where she managed global exports and logistics to Europe and Asia.
Mrs. Grof-Tisza then spent 15 years as an Import Customs Broker and became licensed soon into her career at a premier brokerage firm, managing a department of six brokers where a high level of service and professionalism was expected and executed.
Gabriela has provided global supply chain professionals training in the import and export ACE Portal and created action plans for importers and exporters in need of compliance guidance utilizing ACE Report data. Gabriela has extensive experience in participating with the national implementation process of the ACE program through strategic planning and process deployment phases which is demonstrated by her in depth knowledge of the ACE platform and necessary data analytics functionality required to represent supervision and control of the trade.
Gabriela has served as an instructor for the Customs Exam Preparation Course at Union Country College and is an industry leader in import compliance management advisory services.
Gabriela is proficient in various global trade compliance aspects related to Customs Valuation, ISA, CTPAT, has created Import and Export Process Flows, and is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She is a graduate of Montclair State University where she graduated with a BS in International Marketing and Business and is fluent in Spanish and French.
