Tom has been involved in global business for over 30 years in an array of diverse international trades. He has been teaching for 24 years with the American Management Association, Global Training Centers, and the District Export Councils. He has authored over 225 articles and published six books on international trade.

Rennie has provided his professional services in international trade for the past twenty-three years. He is a licensed Customhouse Broker, has provided services as a professional educator on topics such as import regulations and documentation, Customs entry preparation, and Customs brokerage license preparation.

Kelly has been involved in freight forwarding and customhouse brokerage for over 20 years. She has also developed various in-house programs for management training, utilizing technology in importing and exporting and in developing skills for import/export compliance management. She is a licensed Customhouse Broker and a published author.

Randi has been involved in supply chain management, freight forwarding/custom house brokerage, dangerous goods logistics management, training, education, and export/import compliance for 25 years. She has worked with major accounts assisting their staff in Dangerous Goods training and related issues. Since 1980, she has received her IATA, IMDG (IMO) and D.O.T. (49CFR) certification every year. Randi is a certified “train-the-trainer” in both IATA and the Department of Transportation Hazardous Material Training Programs.

Sarah has over 20 years experience in the international logistics industry specializing in supply chain management to difficult and problematic countries worldwide. Sarah has developed an expertise in assisting companies engaged in global trade in bettering their supply chain practices and business process(s) … in freight negotiation, best practices in supply chain options, trade compliance, documentation, import and export regulations and other related concerns.
